At Blue Buddha, we are committed to delivering your order safely, swiftly, and in the best possible condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders across India.
- Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of order placement, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS with your order details. After dispatch, a shipping confirmation with your tracking details will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
📌 We do a thorough quality check of each item before dispatch to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
- Shipping Charges
Blue Buddha offers FREE shipping on all orders across India — whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD). There is no minimum order value required to avail free shipping.

- Estimated Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your order within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch across India.
📌 Delivery timelines are estimates. In certain cases — due to courier delays, high demand periods, festivals, natural calamities, remote location, or other unforeseen circumstances — delivery may take longer than expected. Blue Buddha is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across serviceable pincodes in India.
COD Confirmation Advance — ₹99
To confirm your COD order and prevent fraudulent or undelivered orders, we collect a non-refundable advance of ₹99 at the time of order placement. This amount is adjusted in your final payable amount at the time of delivery.
Important conditions regarding the ₹99 COD advance:
- The ₹99 advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped.
- The ₹99 advance is non-refundable in the event of a return, exchange, or RTO (Return to Origin).
- The ₹99 advance is non-refundable if the delivery is refused or the order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.
You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account at bluebuddha.co.in and visiting My Orders.
- Contacting us at wecare@bluebuddharetail.com or via the WhatsApp chat option on our website.
Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Pincode Serviceability
We ship across India to most serviceable pincodes through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery availability is subject to pincode serviceability at the time of checkout.
If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of placing your order. In such cases, we recommend using a nearby alternate address or reaching out to us at wecare@bluebuddharetail.com for assistance.
📌 Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.
- Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, our logistics partner will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the order will be marked as RTO and returned to our warehouse.
In the case of an RTO:
- For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the order is received back at our warehouse.
- For prepaid orders, if you wish to have the order re-shipped after an RTO, please contact us to confirm. We will re-ship the order upon your confirmation.
- For COD orders, the ₹99 advance is non-refundable.
📌 To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery address, mobile number, and availability details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- Damaged or Lost in Transit
We take every measure to ensure your order is packed securely. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the damaged / incorrect item and the packaging
Reach out to us at wecare@bluebuddharetail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 76000 13921 for prompt resolution. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the logistics partner and provide a resolution (re-shipment or refund) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at wecare@bluebuddharetail.com or via the WhatsApp chat option on our website.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return or exchange after delivery as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
📌 The ₹99 COD advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.
- Shipping Charges on Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable at the time of returns. Blue Buddha will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible returns and exchanges. For a second exchange, a pick-up and re-shipping fee of ₹200 will apply.
